When should youth be allowed to drive. I think 14 is a good age but i would make the rules so you would have to have a L for 3 years and if you got 4 tickets you would lose your L and have to start from the beginning. After a successful year with the Learners permit you will receive a Novice driver permit. Which you will keep for 2 years and you will have a limit of 7 tickets after you successfully complete your 2 years you will receive your full license.
16 would be a good age to start but i would make the rules that you would have your Learner permit for 1 year and a limit of 2 tickets. After your successfully 1 year you will receive a Novice driver permit for 1 year a limit of 4 tickets if you successfully finish your year you will receive your full drivers license. 16 is an okay age i think it would be fine but 14 would be a really good age because you could ahve a fulllicense by 18 year of age which would be prime time. Because you dont want your parents to be driving you around till your 20.
18 wouldn't be a good time to start but if you would have to i would change the law so you would have a Learners permit for 3 months with a limit of zero tickets. Then you would receive a novice driver permit for 1 year with a limit of 2 ticket. I think this wouldnt be a good time to start because everyone would have to wait way to long to get there license. Which may cause some people to riot agaisnt the government which in turn might not turn out all that good. Plus i know that i would hate having to wait for 18 years to get my license i would most likely go crazy.
